We collect the categories of Personal Information identified in section III. The Personal Information We Collect from You. This section also identifies the purposes for which and the sources from which we collect the information of California residents.
In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed information in categories A (identifiers), B (personal), D (commercial), F (internet), G (geolocation), I (professional), J (education), and K (sensitive) to service providers for business purposes.

TriMas provides California Consumers with the ability to submit requests through our email address. TriMas must verify that the person requesting information or deletion is the California Consumer about whom the request relates in order to process the request. To verify a California Consumer’s identity, we may request up to three pieces of Personal Information about you when you make a request to compare against our records. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity and will delete any information you provide after processing the request. TriMas reserves the right to take additional steps as necessary to verify the identity of California Consumers where we have reason to believe a request is fraudulent.
You may choose a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf to submit your requests (“Authorized Agent”). If you choose to use an Authorized Agent, we require that you provide the Authorized Agent with written permission to allow them to submit your request and that you verify your identity directly with us. Failure to do so may result in TriMas denying your request.
Residents of the State of California also have the right to request information regarding third parties to whom the company has disclosed certain categories of personal information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes under California’s “Shine the Light” law. Our services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years. Please contact us if you believe we may have unknowingly collected information about a child under 13 years of age, and we will take immediate steps to delete any such personal information.
Our Privacy Policy reflects our current business practices and is subject to change without notice.
